Discriminatory pricing: attacking prescription drug diversion at its source
National Association of Retail Druggists Journal 1986 Jan; 108:16-18, 28
Abstract:
A wide range of fundamental reforms aimed at stopping prescription drug diversion at its source, discriminatory pricing practices, is discussed. Detailed comprehensive legislative, regulatory and prosecutorial strategies designed to put an end to discriminatory pricing practices are provided. It was believed that the solution to the drug diversion problem is to eliminate economic incentives that drive the practice.
