Abstract:
Marketing strategies for drug companies to consider as the switch from prescription to OTC drugs grows and as pharmacists play a major role in the new OTC marketing era are given. Pharmaceutical industries which had ignored the pharmacists in the past should start communications and take advantage of the pharmacist’s influence in changing the way people think about all OTC products in general.
