Company ordered to reveal drug's side effects
ABC News Online 2006 Dec 20

Abstract:
Regulators have ordered drug company The Menopause Institute to alert patients about the serious medical risks associated with its treatments.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) launched proceedings in the Federal Court alleging the institute made misleading and deceptive claims about natural hormone treatment.
The ACCC says the drug company claimed there were no side effects, thereby exposing patients to serious risks.
The court has ruled the institute should pay the ACCC’s ccourt costs of $50,000.
