Abstract:

Recent advertisements for Zovirax in the treatment of herpes zoster (shingles) breaches a couple of sections of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice: pictures are used that have no relevance to the text of the message and the information does not accurately reflect current knowledge or responsible opinion.
