Abstract:

(Limited to parts of article dealing with promotion.) At a World Health Organization sponsored meeting in Kenya on rational use of drugs WHO was asked to establish an expert committee to produce guidelines on ethical advertising by expanding and updating a 1968 World Health Assembly resolution.
