Organon censured for marketing of anabolic steroids in developing countries

Abstract:

In developing countries Organon has been marketing anabolic steroids for conditions such as malnutrition, loss of appetite and low weight. The Dutch development group WEMOS complained to the Netherlands Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers which censured Organon under the code of marketing of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Associations.
