The new ‘Blue Guide on Advertising and Promotion of Medicines in the UK’ was launched on 7 November 2005 at an MHRA Advertising Seminar held in London. The Guide explains the regulations and provides clarification on the Agency’s interpretation of them and how advertising of medicines is regulated.
