Abstract:

The World Health Organization’s Ethical Criteria for Medicinal Drug Promotion is unnecessary and inappropriate since the IFPMA code works well in practice and is better designed to achieve the principles underlying the WHO Ethical Criteria and they will not do anything to improve the supply of medicines and their proper use in developing countries.
