Abstract:

The Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Canada has adopted a new Code of Marketing Practices that tightens the rules on leaving drug samples, establishes rules about postmarketing research and defines acceptable practices when it comes to pharmaceutical companies supporting continuing medical education.
