Abstract:
The Medical Lobby for Appropriate Marketing has filed large numbers of complaints about technical violations of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association marketing code. Based on the way that the IFPMA has responded MaLAM concluded that IFPMA have interpreted the technical section of their code in a way that makes its requirements trivial.
