The AAFP seems to have accepted that ‘No Free Lunch’ will be a fixture at this coming year’s drug promotion fest known amusingly as the annual ‘Scientific Assembly’.

But they are still bothered by the fact that one man (Bob Goodman) could spoil the orgy of indulgence merely by his conscience-pricking presence.
